September's Best Batter Announced Tuesday, October 1st , 2019 When Justin Daniel stepped up to the plate in September he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the PBC Rookie Complex League Batter of the Month award. The young Tampa Bay (R) catcher posted a .392 batting average with 7 home runs, 29 RBIs and scored 15 runs. Daniel also worked pitchers for 11 walks to post a .441 on-base percentage. Daniel is hitting .283 so far this season with 46 RBIs and 47 runs scored. He has 97 hits including 11 home runs, 44 walks and .363 OBP. |
