Bad Boy Brawlers Suspended 4 Games Monday, September 30th , 2019 Today the league office handed out 4-game suspensions to Mike Marsh of the Union and Ed Martinez of the Motors for their roles in a benches-clearing skirmish at PBC Rookie Development Complex yesterday. The league commissioner said in the statement to both organizations, "This league does not condone fighting and aggressive conduct on the field, thus we had to take action to discourage this behavior in the future." Marsh is hitting .340 this year with 16 home runs, 54 RBIs and 51 runs scored. He has 97 hits in 285 at-bats, 26 walks and a .406 on-base percentage. Marsh has played in 75 games. To date this season, Martinez has a record of no wins and 1 loss and a 4.91 ERA. He has appeared in 6 games and struck out 14 in 11 innings. |
