Pace Silences Hollywood, 2-0 Monday, August 19th , 2019 Josh Pace of the Houston Apollos toyed with the Hollywood Stars, as he shut them out, 2-0, at Houston Park. He was almost untouchable, twirling a 4-hitter with 4 strikeouts and 1 walk. "I'm sweating now because it's hot in here," Pace said in the clubhouse after the game. "But it didn't even feel like I was sweating out there." Pace has gone 2-8 this season with an ERA of 5.74 and 44 strikeouts in 80 innings pitched. Other clubs are hitting .317 against him.
