Gnomes Jonathan Taylor Wins WAC Award Monday, August 12th , 2019 It was some kind of week for Jonathan Taylor of the Yuma Gnomes. First he hits the heck out of the ball, ripping it at a .435 clip and the next thing you know, he is voted the Player of the Week in the Western Amateur Circuit. Last week Taylor went 10-for-23, chalked up 2 home runs and 4 RBIs and scored 6 runs. Not a bad week's work at all. To date this season, Taylor is hitting .407 with 2 home runs. |
