Albuquerque's Toepfer Down with Injury Tuesday, July 30th , 2019 The Albuquerque Coyotes were dealt a blow today when starting pitcher John Toepfer left the game with an undisclosed injury. The team has now revealed that Toepfer has suffered a torn rotator cuff and will most likely miss the rest of the season as a result of the injury. Toepfer has started 9 times this year, pitched 35.1 innings, fanned 34 batters and walked 24. His current record is 1 win and 4 losses with a 8.15 ERA. |
