Houston (R) Wins Cup Qualifier Friday, October 5th , 2018 After their 8-3 win today at PBC Rookie Development Complex over the Tampa Bay (R) Thunder, the Houston (R) Mavericks will advance to the Championship Cup. Houston (R) won the series by a 3-0 margin. Leading the way for the Mavericks was center fielder Keith Warfield, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus."
