Grieve Picks Up Best WAC Batter Honors for August Saturday, September 1st , 2018 Brendon Grieve is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Tulsa second baseman joined that select company when the Western Amateur Circuit announced the results of August's voting. Grieve totaled 32 hits, 14 walks, 10 home runs, 25 RBIs and 25 runs scored last month to put together a .314 batting average and .393 on-base percentage. In 116 games this season, Grieve has batted at a .288 pace with 116 hits and 31 home runs. |
