Sweeny's Strong Week Earns EAC Trophy Monday, August 13th , 2018 The Eastern Amateur Circuit today announced Burt Sweeny as its Player of the Week. The St. Petersburg right fielder was truly in a zone as he hit .440 (11-for-25) with 4 home runs and 11 RBIs. Thus far this season in 119 games, Sweeny is batting .273 with 29 home runs, 71 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He has 108 hits in 396 at-bats. |
