Grissom Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, August 20th , 2018 A hot-hitting week got Rich Grissom the Western Semi-Pro Circuit Player of the Week trophy. He really wore out his welcome with league pitchers. The Las Vegas left fielder slammed them for a .632 average, 12 hits in 19 at-bats, 1 home run, 5 RBIs and scored 4 runs. In the postgame press conference, Grissom shared his hitting philosophy with the BNN scribes: "Just look for the seams and hit between them... nothin' more than that."
