D.C.-Albany Swap: Dillon for Diaz Monday, December 17th , 2018 Sometimes a change of scenery can be a beneficial to a baseball player. That is the hope in D.C. and Albany as the teams came to an agreement today which sends 32-year old RHP Ryan Dillon and 20-year old minor league 2B Steve Robinson to the Senators and 17-year old minor league 1B Marcos Diaz to the Potomacs. "Only time will tell if this is the right move for everyone," stated the Albany GM. Over his career the 32-year-old Dillon has won 25 and lost 35, collecting 412 strikeouts and 221 walks in 502 innings with a 4.37 ERA. Opponents have hit .274 against him. |
