Long Beach center fielder Jake Glassey had a day to remember, 5-for-6 against the Brooklyn Atlantics at Atlantics Ballpark as the Titans picked up a win, 24-3.

"He was patient up there," Long Beach skipper Jimmy Herman told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Glassey has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes."

Jake Glassey hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Morgan Johnson in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, walked in the 8th and grounded out in the 9th.

So far this year, Glassey is hitting .303 with 3 home runs.
