Houston (R) on Top of Rookie Complex League West Division Saturday, September 30th , 2017 Houston (R) Mavericks fans have reason to celebrate today, as their franchise is the class of the Rookie Complex League West Division. With their record standing at 55-32, the club officially wrapped up the division title today, for the 1st time. Manager Han Won said everyone on their roster is looking forward to the postseason and trying to capture the club's 1st championship. "That's what you dream about your whole life," Won said. Center Fielder Rafael Figueroa added that it's a great feeling to win the division, but said ultimately, a Championship Cup victory is what will mark success for the club. |
