Tulsa Loses Isaiah Williams for Season Friday, July 14th , 2017 The season is apparently over for Isaiah Williams. The Tulsa Twisters medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 9-10 months with a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament. Williams was hurt in the game against Dallas while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. This year, Williams has made 16 relief appearances with no saves. In 22.1 innings, he has fanned 27 hitters and recorded 2 wins and no losses with a 6.45 ERA. |
