Season-Ending Injury for Franklin Munoz Monday, July 3rd , 2017 The season is apparently over for Franklin Munoz. The El Paso Mavericks medical staff informed the club that the second baseman will be out at least 6 months with a torn labrum. Munoz was hurt in the game against San Diego while colliding with a player at a base. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. So far this season, Munoz is hitting .267 with no home runs. |
