Rodriguez Grabs R Reliever of the Year Award Friday, October 28th , 2016 At the age of 18, Jim Rodriguez says he still has a lot to learn about life in PBC Rookie Complex League. But he certainly seems to be a quick study, as the Tampa Bay (R) Thunder reliever was better than all others this year and has captured the 2016 PBC Rookie Complex League Reliever of the Year Award.
