El Paso (R) Diablos Clinch First in Rookie Complex League West Division Wednesday, September 28th , 2016 It's a banner year for the El Paso (R) Diablos, they have won the Rookie Complex League West Division. "There's so much pride in our room and on our roster, anything but a division title wouldn't have been acceptable," said starting pitcher Mark Barrios. "In the playoffs we'll just have to take it one day at a time and keep battling." The Diablos this year have battled to a 48-37 mark, which is good for the club's 2nd Rookie Complex League West Division title. "I'm extremely proud of my players and look forward to seeing what we can do in the postseason," said manager Aaron Hoezee. |
