Apollos Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Sunday, August 21st , 2016 Only the most die-hard fans thought the Houston Apollos still had any chance at making the playoffs this season, but now even those hopes are dashed. The team was officially eliminated from postseason contention today. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2013. In total, the Apollos have missed the playoffs 12 times in their 14-year history. |
