5-for-6 Day for Jackson Tuesday, August 16th , 2016 Mike Jackson was the King of Swing at Providence Field in the 15-7 Providence Grays win over the Long Beach Titans. The Providence second baseman stepped into the batter's box 6 times against Long Beach and delivered 5 hits. It was a sensational game for him. "Unbelievable feeling," he told the press. "It felt good. 5-for-6 isn't bad for your batting average either." Mike Jackson singled in the 1st, struck out in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Kyle Coleman in the 4th, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
