Best EAC Reliever Named Thursday, September 22nd , 2016 The Eastern Amateur Circuit Reliever of the Year Award for 2016 has been bestowed on St. Petersburg Pelicans relief specialist Brad Galloway. The 32-year-old bullpen ace, out of Rocky River, Ohio, nailed down the award with 14 saves in 41 relief appearances, 71 strikeouts in 61 innings and a record of 4 wins and 3 losses to go with his 3.10 ERA. He received 15 first place votes out of a possible 20. Eric Greco of the Franklin Knights finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Brian Davis of the Manchester Monarchs finished third.
