No Playoff Berth Coming for Tampa Bay Sunday, September 11th , 2016 The Tampa Bay Thunder have now been officially eliminated from playoff contention. The Thunder have made the playoffs 8 times in their 17 years as a Professional Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 4th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2012. In the last 10 seasons, the Thunder have missed the playoffs 4 times. Tampa Bay last won the Pro Circuit Cup in 2009. |
