Cutthroats Shut Out Knights, Jordan Winner Monday, August 22nd , 2016 Jim Jordan of the Denver Cutthroats overwhelmed the Los Angeles Knights and walked off the mound with a complete-game shutout. He blanked them, 3-0, on 8 hits with a total of 5 strikeouts and 3 walks. "Jim was on quite a roll," Denver manager Keven Berman said. "He gets great late movement and he doesn't give in to the hitters." So far this season, Jordan has a record of 8-4 with 94 strikeouts and 33 walks in 112.1 innings and a 3.45 ERA.
