Rookie Pitches His Way to PBC Trophy Saturday, October 1st , 2016 It was a whale of month for 23-year-old Billy Daily of Miami. He stepped up in class, monopolized batters and today reaped the reward -- the Professional Baseball Circuit chose him as the Rookie of the Month.
