Denver Playoff Hopes Officially Zero Thursday, September 29th , 2016 The Denver Cutthroats will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2016 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Denver was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. The Cutthroats have made the playoffs 6 times in their 17 years as a Professional Baseball Circuit franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2010. In the last 10 seasons, the Cutthroats have missed the playoffs 6 times. Denver last won the Pro Circuit Cup in 2008. |
