Miami Eliminated from Playoff Contention Thursday, September 29th , 2016 The Miami Sun Sox season has ultimately ended in disappointment. After staying in the hunt until the final days of the season, Miami has now been officially eliminated from playoff qualification. "We were so close," starting pitcher Mark Brown said wistfully. Miami hasn't yet made it to the postseason. They haven't made the playoffs in all 7 years of their history. |
