The Math Says - Lions Out of Playoffs Monday, September 26th , 2016 The St. Louis Lions were mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. Jayden Strauss of the Lions said it's a tough way to finish out the season. "To be eliminated from playoff contention in the last few games, it's not easy," he said. This is the club's 2nd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2014. In total, the Lions have missed the playoffs 10 times in their 17-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Lions have missed the playoffs 4 times. |
