LaRocco Helps Union Win, 5-3, with Pair of Homers
The Chicago Union beat the Los Angeles Knights, 5-3, at Camelot. The Union got a fine performance from third baseman Matt LaRocco, who hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 times and driving in 2. The Chicago win streak is now 3 games.

The Knights had been locked in a 1-1 tie with the Union going into the top of the fifth inning. That changed quickly when the 23-year old second baseman Tyler Patton came to the plate. Patton hit a solo home run on a first pitch fastball from Los Angeles hurler Andrew Schumacher. It was Patton's 4th home run of the year.

"We're feeling good in this clubhouse right now after that one," LaRocco told the Chicago Gazette.
