In a close game at Sun Sox Stadium, the Miami Sun Sox edged the Chicago Union, 4-3. Miami designated hitter Josiah Hilton stood apart with his performance. He was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Miami reliever Josh Hensley picked up the win. Fidel Santiago, who is tied for 5th in the PBC in saves with 12, took the loss for Chicago. Miami now sits at 31-40, while Chicago falls to 33-38.

In the bottom of the ninth, Matt Roberts knew he could end it with one good swing of the bat. And he did, hitting a run-scoring single off Chicago pitcher Fidel Santiago.
