Nagi Has 31-Game Hitting Streak Monday, September 14th , 2015 The hot bat of Keystones third baseman Jaivata Nagi continues to churn out hit after hit, game after game. His consecutive-game hitting streak now numbers 31 games after he went 2-for-5 in today's 13-12 loss to the Warriors at PBC Rookie Development Complex. "I'm trying not to think about it much," he said later. "I don't want to mess with whatever zone I'm in." Jaivata Nagi grounded out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, walked in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, singled in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. Nagi has collected 110 hits for the Keystones this year, 14 of them home runs. He has also netted 62 RBIs and scored 63 runs while batting .353. |
