Nagi Hit Streak Soars to 30 Games Sunday, September 13th , 2015 Nobody has been able to shut down Philadelphia (R) Keystones third baseman Jaivata Nagi in recent days. The Washington (R) Warriors fared no better than the rest. Today at PBC Rookie Development Complex, Nagi picked up 2 hits in 5 at-bats en route to a win, 14-9. It stretched his hitting string to 30 consecutive games. Jaivata Nagi grounded out in the 1st, walked in a run in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th, flied out in the 7th and hit a GRAND SLAM off Amberlan Luarca in the 8th. In the current season, Nagi has put up a .352 batting average with 108 hits, 14 home runs, 60 RBI and scored 61 runs. |
