Super Swinger -- Cruz Slams 5 Hits Thursday, September 3rd , 2015 Tampa Bay (R) Thunder left fielder Angel Cruz went ballistic with the bat. He hammered the Denver (R) Cutthroats for 5 hits to help Tampa Bay (R) win, 10-6, over Denver (R) at PBC Rookie Development Complex. Angel Cruz hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and tripled in the 7th. To date this season, Cruz is hitting .386 with no home runs.
