Dallas Wins Division Championship Series Monday, October 5th , 2015 Members of the Dallas Bulls couldn't hold back their emotions after beating the Providence Grays in the final game of the Division Championship Series. "It's just been such a roller coaster," said Bulls starting pitcher Jalen Phelon after the club's 2-1 win. "You play all season and then everything comes down to this one game. We know how easily we could have been on the other side of it." The other side was a subdued Grays clubhouse, where players packed up their belongings and headed home for the year, with a somber mood in the air. For the series, Phelon was named MVP, as he had a 0.00 ERA over 9 innings pitched. He added 12 strikeouts and picked up 1 win. The Dallas Bulls will play against the Franklin Knights in the next round. Franklin won their series against the Manchester Monarchs 2 games to 0.
