Postseason Bid Ends for New Orleans Saturday, September 26th , 2015 New Orleans Buccaneers center fielder Ed Marion said it is a "bitter disappointment" for he and his teammates to miss the playoffs. The remarks came hours after the club was mathematically eliminated from 2015 postseason contention. New Orleans last appeared in the postseason in 2010. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 8 times in their 11-year history. New Orleans last won the Amateur Circuit Cup in 2007. |
