Jon Sanders Out for 8-9 Months Tuesday, August 25th , 2015 The Tulsa Twisters will be minus Jon Sanders for about 8-9 months after the starting pitcher suffered a torn rotator cuff while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Arlington Stars. Sanders and Twisters skipper Tony Boss had been hoping the post-game examination would show less damage than originally thought. To date Sanders is 5-7 in 16 starts with a 5.65 ERA and has 105 strikeouts in 79.2 innings. |
