Lipscomb Scores ABC Best Hurler Honors Tuesday, October 27th , 2015 Ray Lipscomb of the El Paso Mavericks fired on all cylinders in 2015 and dominated Amateur Baseball Circuit batters. For his superb season he has been selected the Pitcher of the Year Award winner. During the year Lipscomb compiled a 7-5 record, a 2.28 ERA and 164 strikeouts while working 106.2 innings. He received 19 first place votes out of a possible 20.
