Czerniewski Smacks 5 Hits for Knights
There are moments in a player's career that they will not soon forget.

Tyler Czerniewski of the Los Angeles (R) Knights had one such moment at PBC Rookie Development Complex, when he went 5 for 8 at the plate. His hitting heroics weren't enough to pull out the victory, however, and Los Angeles (R) succumbed to defeat, 7-6, to the Atlanta (R) Pilots.

"This was quite a day for me individually, but a little disheartening at the same time," the 19-year-old right fielder told reporters in the postgame interview. "It would have been very special if we had won the game."

Tyler Czerniewski hit a two-run home run off Chris Smith in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th, singled in the 10th, struck out in the 12th and singled in the 14th.
