Tampa Bay (R) Wins Cup Qualifier Thursday, October 9th , 2014 It's not often a losing player is named MVP of a series, but that's the situation Rob Womack found himself in tonight, as the Tampa Bay (R) Thunder beat his Las Vegas (R) Aces to advance to the Championship Cup. Tampa Bay (R) won the final game by a score of 2-1 at PBC Rookie Development Complex and took the series 4-2. Despite his strong performance, Womack was not taking many positives away from the series. "I'm glad I played well, sure, but what good does it do us now?" The Tampa Bay (R) Thunder don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Boston (R) Shamrocks - Philadelphia (R) Keystones series.
