Alexandre Mourela Hurt, Out 7 Months Tuesday, October 7th , 2014 Playoff hopes of Aces player Alexandre Mourela have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the reliever suffered radial nerve compression throwing a pitch in today's game against Tampa Bay (R) Thunder. Mourela is expected to miss up to 7 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. Mourela's record up to now is 2-and-1 with no saves and a 6.64 ERA.
