PBC Rookie Complex League Selects Best Performer Monday, July 14th , 2014 The votes have been cast and counted and the winner of the PBC Rookie Complex League Player of the Week has been chosen. It was presented earlier today to Scott Flores for his red-hot week of hitting. The Detroit (R) left fielder took home the trophy by splurging with 12 hits in 23 at-bats for a .522 batting average, driving in 12 runs and scoring 7 times. Flores is hitting .344 this season with 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and 19 runs scored. He has 33 hits in 96 at-bats. |
