Wood Visits Children at Cancer Treatment Center Wednesday, November 26th , 2014 Canadians catcher Dan Wood took time out from his busy schedule today to visit a local children's cancer treatment center. Wood signed autographs and took pictures with many of the young patients. He even gave several of them caps, jerseys, and gloves. "Just seeing the smiles on these kids' faces, knowing what they've gone through, it just warms your heart", said a beaming Wood. When asked who his favorite player was, one little boy smiled broadly and exclaimed, "Dan Wood!" |
