Pitcher of the Year Award Goes to Vancouver Reliever Saturday, November 1st , 2014 In the spotlight today is Miguel Vazquez of the Vancouver Grizzlies. The bullpen ace was presented the coveted Semi-Pro Baseball Circuit Pitcher of the Year Award for 2014. He converted 20 saves with a 7-3 won-lost record and 0.78 ERA. He appeared in 39 games and struck out 87 in 69 innings. He received 14 first place votes out of a possible 18. Sean Lee of the Southern California Empires finished second in voting with 4 first place votes, while Matt Ryder of the Newark Eagles finished third.
