One Run Enough for Albany Tuesday, July 29th , 2014 Albany Senators starter John Maguire really did a number on the Winnipeg Buffaloes, shutting them out, 1-0, on 1 hit in a complete game victory. He issued 1 walk and had 10 strikeouts. "We didn't have good at-bats," said Winnipeg manager Josh Wickware. "I don't make excuses, but when we were playing the game, our energy didn't show. That comes from either extremely good pitching or extremely lousy hitting and seeing as our team has a bunch of good hitters, I have to tip my cap to Maguire."
