The Los Angeles Knights knocked off the El Paso Diablos, 6-4, in Professional Baseball Circuit action at Camelot. Los Angeles pitcher and Bakersfield, California, native Josh Owen had an outstanding performance. Luke Dickerson got credit for the save for Los Angeles. It was his 1st of the year. The loss drops El Paso to 7-3.

Rob Rodriguez had a big 2-run home run for the Knights in the bottom of the fifth inning. With Los Angeles leading 4-1 and a runner on 1st, he sized up a changeup from 27-year old right-handed pitcher Kevin Mooris and punished it. The result was his 5th home run of the season, which put the Knights on top, 6-1.

Rodriguez called the win "good for the psyche of this team."
