Aces Clip Diablos, 4-3, in CQ Contest

The Las Vegas Aces got a strong game from starter Tim Keller, but it was some clutch hitting that ultimately delivered the win.
The Aces took the 4-3 win over the El Paso Diablos in Game 4 of the Cup Qualifier in a 13th inning walk-off. The win capped off a fine outing for the right-handed Keller. Keller threw 8.0 innings of 4-hit ball in the win, which brought the Aces into a 2-2 tie in the best-of-7 series.
Las Vegas got a knockout punch from Marco Llamas. The shortstop hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the 13th inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
"Our team showed some resilience," said Llamas.
The next game is set to be played tomorrow at Caesers Palace Colosseum in Las Vegas.
