Knights Heading to Amateur Circuit Cup
The Franklin Knights are on to the Amateur Circuit Cup after a convincing series win over the Boston Battalion.

Franklin wrapped up the series sweep with a 6-2 win in the last game, to take the series 2-0.

"We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Damian Serna, who was named series MVP.

For the series, Serna hit .625 with a .727 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The Franklin Knights don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Brooklyn Atlantics - Albuquerque Coyotes series. Albuquerque leads the series 1 game to 0. The Amateur Circuit Cup schedule will be announced after the Division Championship Series finishes.
