The Chicago Union picked up a win at Camelot, knocking off the Los Angeles Knights, 5-3. Starting pitcher Jason Gross played a key role in the triumph. Gross picked up the win for Chicago, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 5 hits. He now sports a record of 4-4. Fidel Santiago, credited with the save, is now 11 for 11 in save opportunities.

Chicago used a clutch at-bat from Victor Reyes to capture the win. The shortstop hammered a grand slam home run in the top of the second inning to put the Union ahead, 4-0. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"Jason was exceptional and he pitched with a purpose," said Chicago manager Ron Chiu.
