Aces Win in Glorious Fashion, 6-3

The home team gave their fans plenty to cheer about, with a thrilling walk-off win.
Tampa Bay got a terrific performance from pitcher William Nelson, but it wasn't enough to beat the Las Vegas Aces. Las Vegas won the Caesers Palace Colosseum contest, 6-3. Nelson threw 7.2 innings of shutout ball for the losing team. The win went to Sam Cross in relief, making him now 4-2. Kevin Houston took the loss for Tampa Bay.
Las Vegas got a knockout punch from Jordan Will. The catcher hammered a 3-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.
Will said his team "played with determination."
After today's action, Las Vegas sits at 23-13; Tampa Bay slips to 17-19.
