Big Day for Kim: Swats 5 Hits Monday, June 17th , 2013 5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Houston (R)'s Jong-yeol Kim made it happen against the Keystones. Everything came together at the plate for the 19-year-old shortstop as he collected 5 hits in 6 at-bats -- and helped the Mavericks triumph, 10-9, at PBC Rookie Development Complex. "I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Kim said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em." Jong-yeol Kim singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
