Coyotes Win Division Championship Series Thursday, October 3rd , 2013 It was a sweet sweep for the Albuquerque Coyotes as they eased past the Houston Apollos to advance to the Amateur Circuit Cup. Albuquerque won the final game by a 6-2 count and the series 2-0. "We're just fortunate to get through it quickly and be able to rest up for the next series," said Josh Ray, who was named series MVP. For the series, Ray hit .600 with a .667 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 0 RBI and scored 1 runs. The Albuquerque Coyotes will play against the St. Petersburg Pelicans in the next round. St. Petersburg won their series against the Boston Battalion 2 games to 0.
