September's #1 Batter Announced Tuesday, October 1st , 2013 At only 24 years of age, Ron Garcia could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Boston Battalion, as September was one to remember for the first baseman and he has captured the Amateur Baseball Circuit Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .378 with 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 26 runs scored. On the year, Garcia has hit .369 with 9 home runs, 38 RBIs and scored 70 runs. |
