Liberty Lose Courson for Season Wednesday, September 4th , 2013 When Manhattan starting pitcher Andy Courson was taken out of the game, the crowd at the Liberty-Pelicans game went silent as they could tell that it was a serious injury. That was confirmed today by doctors when they revealed that Courson had sustained a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and will be out for about 7 months. For the year, Courson has compiled a 2-3 record with a 3.53 ERA. |
